services to SAIC and Exostar as a Trusted Enrollment Agent in Maricopa County, AZ. Services are provided for lenders,
escrow companies, mortgage brokers, realtors, financial institutes, insurance companies, DOD, pharmaceutical
companies and automotive dealers.  I also proctor and notarize the MVD Traffic School Exam at your location.  I  travel to
meet your client at their appointed time and location.  

I have helped individuals, direct lenders, escrow companies and title companies close over 2000 loans successfully.  
These loans include purchase loans, fixed and adjustable refinances, home equity loans and reverse mortgages
(Reverse Mortgage Elite Certified with Reeves/Hary, Bancserv/CountryWide HECM and Wells Fargo HECM,
Amtrust/Gemstone Esign).  (Automotive Document Signing Certified by Maverick Signings).

I am bonded and insured ($100,000 E&O) so you can have peace of mind.  In October 2006 I was GLBA certified which is
required for lenders.  I was originally commissioned in CA for 5 years and received extensive training and testing for
notary law and loan docs.  In June 2005 and June 2006, I attended the National Notary Assoc. Convention and was
re-certified June 2006 in the "Notary Signing Agent Skills Course" and "Authentic ID Verification Practices Course".  I
have also received 90 hours training and testing in AZ Real Estate Law.  I have tested and certified with the NNA to
provide services to SAIC & Exostar as a Trusted Enrollment Agent.
